New Project SEED Coordinator - 2009

We are pleased to announce that Mr. James McGonigle will take over as the Coordinator of ACS Project SEED@UPenn. Mr. McGonigle is the Associate Director for Programs for the Nano/Bio Interface Center, School of Engineering & Applied Science, University of Pennsylvania. He will work closely with Mr. Ron O’Neal, Assistant Director, Educational Opportunity Center, in ensuring the continued success of Project SEED

Her story describes how the lack of guidance councilors places students in the School District of Philadelphia at a distinct disadvantage, compared to their counterparts in the private schools, in the college application process.
