Many machines at the School of Medicine have been compromised by a new type of virus that presents itself as an actual anti-virus product while a user is browsing the internet. Requesting help with PennKey issues

If you need assistance please contact SOMIS by calling (215) 573-4636 during regular University hours, 9AM - 5PM Monday through Friday. You can also send an e-mail message to medhelp@mail.med.upenn.edu .

The University and SOMIS will never ask you to provide your personal data including social security number, birth date, or PennKey password via email.

Completed and signed PennKey requests forms may be faxed to us at (215) 573-7645 or mailed to the following address:
