Guests of the School of Medicine can create a PennKey in-person or by mailing a notarized form.
To create a PennKey in-person you need to setup a time to come the School of Medicine Information Services in the Anatomy-Chemistry building. Please call (215) 573-4636 to setup an appointment between 10:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday.

Guests can also fill out the form at http://www.upenn.edu/computing/pennkey/guest/GuestPennKey.pdf to apply for a PennKey. This form is used for a similar, but slightly different, process so ignore the instructions at the top of the page. Those who want a PennKey need to fill out the top half of the form, the part labeled "Guest Information," down to where they sign their name. It then needs to be notarized, and then the original needs to be mailed to:

Once Information Services receives the form they enter the data and generate a PennKey Setup Code that will be mailed back to the home address that was provided on the form, along with instructions on how to use the PennKey Setup Code to create a PennKey.
