Group Accounts:
Please use the School of Medicine Email Account Manager application to request a Zimbra group email account, http://www.med.upenn.edu/apps/my/eam. To initiate the request select the link labeled ‘Request Group Account’ under the Account Information sub-heading.
You will be asked to provide the following information:

Group accounts are Enhanced Security accounts. You may access the account by logging into the Zimbra collaboration suite website, http://zimbra.upenn.edu , and selecting it from drop down menu labeled ‘Account’ on the log in page.
Mailing lists:
A mailing list allows a message to be distributed to a group of people. Mailing lists cannot store messages like a Zimbra group account. More information on mailing lists including pricing and how to request one may be found at http://www.upenn.edu/computing/list/.
