Zimbra users may use the webmail site (Zimbra - log in with your PennKey) with full functionality. We expect to have restored all clients including mobile phones by tomorrow morning.
Many machines at the School of Medicine have been compromised by a new type of virus that presents itself as an actual anti-virus product while a user is browsing the internet. If you experience anything remotely similar to this virus description, or are concerned about any suspicious activity on your computer, please contact your LSP immediately. Requesting Help with your Email Account

If you need assistance please contact your department's Local Support Provider. You may find your Local Support Provider's contact information using the LSP Directory.

If you do not have a Local Support Provider please call (215) 573-4636 during regular University hours, 9AM - 5PM Monday through Friday. You can also send an e-mail message to medhelp@mail.med.upenn.edu

UPHS, CHOP, and the VA will not troubleshoot Zimbra email account issues. The School of Medicine Information Services recommends the use of Zimbra webmail for those locations.
