Dear Penn Parking Permit Holders,
On Friday, April 19, you can expect heavy traffic and congestion throughout University City during the afternoon and evening as crowds estimated at over 10,000 gather to celebrate at Making History at Penn Park.All Penn Parking permit holders and patrons are advised to plan for significant traffic delays and parking congestion.
Commuters are encouraged to use available public transit options, carpooling, biking or walking to work the day of the event if possible.For mass transit information, please visit SEPTA’s website at www.septa.org.
