Creating a Ship-to Address in BEN
A ship-to address must be created for every lab at the SCTR. Your department's Business Administrator will be responsible for creating the new ship-to address.
Labels with incomplete or incorrect ship-to addresses are subject to being returned to the shipper.
Due to storage concerns, the receiving dock will not be able to store lab equipment.
It is the responsibility of each lab to arrange the delivery and staging of all lab equipment as soon as the item is received at the dock.
Lab equipment received at the dock must be scheduled for inside delivery by the vendor or manufacturing representative within twenty-four hours.
We do not have the facilities to secure equipment at the loading dock.
