SCTR Mail Room
Departments are responsible for picking up their mail from the concourse pick-up window.
Departments are responsible for dropping off their mail at the concourse pick-up window during normal operating hours.
A mail box will be available on the concourse level for mail drop-off before or after normal operating hours.
Normal hours of operations for the mail room are 8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday.
Mail will be sorted, and ready for pick-up, between the hours of 1:00PM and 4:00PM Monday through Friday
Stamps will be available for purchase during normal operating hours (cash only).
Changing your Mailing Address
To ensure the accurate and timely delivery of all USPS mail, we ask that every lab and lab member update their mailing address information. To change your mailing address, you need to contact Penn Mail Services.
