MAINTENANCE SERVICE REQUEST PROCEDURES

Submitting Maintenance Requests

Service Desk/Help Desk:

Contact the Service Desk for emergencies (i.e. overflowing toilets, smell of smoke, etc) and urgent landlord-type repairs (i.e. lights out in stairwell, clogged toilet/sink, temperature adjustments, etc.)

Monday-Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm

*Note: All Emergency Issues must be reported directly to 215-662-2301.

Use this form to request the services of housekeeping, a B-mechanic, or locksmith. This form is also used when maintenance and repairs are needed. This form should be used for ordering keys. You may use the form provided here, or you may request a three-part carbonized form by calling 898-8760
