The digital request system obtains approval via email from appropriate approvers.
To order new keys, complete a DEPARTMENTAL WORK REQUEST form, providing a 26 digit account number along with the signature of your Business Administrator. If same day service for duplication of keys is required, please follow the same steps as above. You must, however, hand deliver your request to the Lock Shop.
