Please be advised that the damage to two of the three elevators in the building is substantial and will require a significant amount of work over an significant period of time. A schedule will be published once all of the details and logistics are sorted out.
We also ask that occupants and visitor utilize the stairs when possible especially when traveling to lower floors.
We also ask that occupants vary schedules as able to distribute peak demand on the single functioning elevator.
Drying equipment will remain onsite over the weekend in select areas.Once the impacted areas are dried we will begin the physical repairs.
Also it is important to mention that if you have experience flood related damage please notify your respective depart and Joe Davis davisj2@mail.med.upenn.edu.
Additional information regarding the elevators will be provided as it becomes available.

During this time emergency power, (RED outlets), will remain active. We recommend shutting off all computers, data gathering and power sensitive equipment unless protected by a UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply).

Please be advised that starting on Saturday July 27, 2013 at 7:00 AM and ending on Sunday August 18, 2013, there will be construction activity on Guardian Drive along side of the Anatomy Chemistry Building. The nature of the work is the limited replacement of sidewalks and a resurfacing of Guardian Drive. The south entrance to Anatomy Chemistry will remain open for a time. No parking is allowed along the construction area, and traffic will be reduced to single lane.

Please be advises that as of 4pm today the building has been opened back up for full use and can to reoccupied.
Elevator operations will be limited- for the foreseeable future. Only one of the elevators will be operational starting at 7am tomorrow morning.
Also please note that this elevator will be operated by an elevator tech.
Additional information regarding the elevators will be provided as it becomes available, the elevator contract is working around the clock to restore full service.

As a result of the fire stairwell flood the building is currently unoccupable.
Please note there is minimal physical damage to adjacent spaces.
The building will be open for use once a majority of the remediation equipment has been removed from the stairwell.

Starting on Saturday May 25, 2013 and lasting approximately 8 weeks, the roof on CRB will be replaced. Work will be accomplished between the hours of 7:00 am and 3:00 pm, with materials transported to, and from, the roof on weekends. This important project will improve the building by preventing roof leaks.
