If you plan to participate in the School of Medicine Graduation, you must order a cap and gown. The cost of this is $59.87 and checks should be payable to Penn Bookstore. To order simply print out this form (Link to Cap and Gown form) and return it to Nancy Murphy in the Office of Student Affairs by March 1, 2009.
