The Penn community may now place and track requests for four types of services (Transgenic, Chimeric, Embryo and Sperm Cryopreservation) ONLINE.

There are seven forms required for investigators utilizing the facility in various capacities:

Transgenic Mouse Request Form
This form must be submitted along with the required documents in order to initiate DNA microinjection services to generate transgenic mice or transient transgenics.
Transgenic Screening Results Form
This form must be fiiled out and returned to Dr. Jean Richa along with a copy of your transgene screening results, once they are available.
Chimeric Mouse Request Form
This form must be submitted along with the required documents in order to initiate Embryonic Stem cell injection services to generate chimeric mice.
Embryo Cryopreservation Request Form
This form is required to request embryo crypreservation services.
Sperm Cryopreservation Request Form
This form is required to request sperm crypreservation services.
In-Vitro Fertilization Request Form
This form is required to request IVF services.
Mouse Line Rederivation Request Form
This is form is required to request line rederivation services
