The TMS clinical service at the University of Pennsylvania is not covered by insurance at this time. Patients are fully responsible for all fees incurred in relation to this service. At the end of the acute course of TMS, you will be offered the option of continuing with medications and/or psychotherapy as your preferred form of maintenance treatment, if such is indicated. Alternately you may be considered for maintenance sessions of TMS, as an adjunct to existing treatment, if clinically appropriate. TMS is offered on a set fee basis of $200 per session. The initial two hour evaluation is billed at $300.
