Medical, nursing, and social work volunteers are welcome and encouraged to participate in UCC. You may sign up in advance using our online scheduler. We currently have a limited number of volunteers slots available. If you have a conflict arise, please try to remove your name from the schedule in advance to allow other volunteers to take your place.
The van to clinic leaves from behind Johnson Pavilion Mondays at 5:30pm. Please dress in appropriate business casual clothing. A white coat is not necessary; however, please wear your HUP or Penn ID and bring a stethoscope.
It is recommended that new volunteers browse the training manual prior to their first clinic visit to become familiar with clinic procedures.

Undergraduate Student Volunteers:
Undergraduate students also play a vital role at UCC; however, due to high demand and limited number of slots, we are requiring prospective undergraduates to first apply in order to volunteer.
We are no longer accepting applications at this moment. Please await further details on applying in the future.
UCC has one attending and one resident physician every monday night. We are always looking for more physician support. Please contact our physician scheduler Kannie Chim at kannie@mail.med.upenn.edu.
We usually have one nurse or nurse practitioner each Monday, but we are looking to have more space as we grow. Please contact Dr. Eric Goren for more information.
