What You Can Do
Researchers at Penn's Morris K. Udall Center of Excellence for Parkinson's Disease Research are conducting a web-based survey of PD patients’ ability to do various routine daily activities.
If you are a PD patient or the primary care-partner of a patient, you can take the survey by clicking on the appropriate button below. Patients and care-partners who participate will be entered in a lottery with a chance to win $100.
