Due to the volume of applicants it’s impossible to answer individual questions by phone.
We tried to make the instructions and want to emphasize the following:

• We will notify you when we receive your application.

• Abide by our rotation dates.

• Must take entire 4 weeks.

• Do not call the Department of interest or faculty.  Our office is responsible for the roster. Some faculty may not know the visiting student process.

• Students are allowed to apply for courses shown in the catalog.  Special Arrangements with faculty are not allowed.

• Offers for the summer go early April
  
  
• Offers for the fall go early August
  
  
• Offers for spring go out by mid December

• 2009 Calendar will be available mid-July 2008.

• Please do not call our office.  Email your questions to Amanda Mulholland at mulhola2@mail.med.upenn.edu.  This would include problems you may have with the actual application.
