Perelman School of Medicine logo prominent on all pages
The approved Perelman School of Medicine logo must be used to identify your site to the public as an official site within the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. The logo may not be altered from its original form. Its dimensions may not be distorted, and it may not be displayed smaller than 60 pixels in height. It should be placed in the upper left-hand corner of the page for consistency and should link back to the Perelman School of Medicine home page.
Official SOM logos can be found here.
Penn logo prominent on all pages
An approved Penn logo must be used to identify your site to the public as an official site within the University of Pennsylvania. Aside from changing background color, the logo may not be altered from its original form. Its dimensions may not be distorted, and it may not be displayed smaller than 50 pixels in height. For the latest Penn logos and rules of use, click here.
A prominent link to the SOM home page must be present
This may be accomplished via appropriately labeled text or an image (e.g., the SOM logo) which links to the SOM home page at http://www.med.upenn.edu.
A link to the University of Pennsylvania home page is strongly recommended
This may be accomplished via appropriately labeled text or an image (e.g., the Penn logo) which links to the Penn home page at http://www.upenn.edu.
Non-SOM sites hosted on www.med
Non-SOM organizations may house their sites on http://www.med.upenn.edu so long as they can demonstrate a significant affiliation with SOM -- e.g., organizations which are based in SOM, but oversee or provide service to people outside of SOM. Dean's office approval may be necessary. Those groups' sites must be branded with either the official Penn logo or SOM logo or co-branded with some other school's official logo (e.g., CHOP).
