About Our Team

Our team is comprised of highly experienced clinicians whose goal is to provide women with state of the art evaluation and treatment regarding behavioral health issues specific to the female patient.
Areas of clinical emphasis include:
- menstrual cycle-related mood disorders such as severe Premenstrual Syndrome and Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder
- menstrual exacerbation of on-going anxiety and mood disorders
- prenatal counseling regarding the use of psychotropic medications during pregnancy and lactation
- evaluation and treatment of psychiatric disorders during pregnancy
- postpartum depression and anxiety
- adjustment to parenthood
- infertility and assisted reproduction
- pregnancy loss or complication
- traumatic delivery
- gynecologic cancer and its treatment
- natural and artificially induced menopause
- cognitive issues during the menopause
- The Parent Child Program at Pennsylvania Hospital
- "Parent Prep" – workshops for expectant parents to be (in development)
- Mother-infant assessments
