Researching bacterial pathogenesis

 

Our lab is focused on the genetic mechanisms of pathogenesis, mainly of Vibrio cholerae and Clostridium difficile, specifically researching the interaction between hosts and subsequent genetic modulation and the involvement of quorum sensing componentry.
