Our Mission
The Center for Research on Reproduction and Women's Health
of the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center is a
biomedical research enterprise composed of faculty from the
departments of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pharmacology,
Medicine, Cell and Developmental Biology, Genetics,
Pediatrics, Clinical Studies, (School of Veterinary
Medicine), Animal Biology (School of Veterinary Medicine),
and Biology (School of Arts and Sciences).
The Center has two major research aims:
Increase our understanding of human reproduction as it relates to fertility regulation, pregnancy and the diagnosis and treatment of male and female infertility.
Promote the well-being of women through study of health issues specific to women.
