Melissa Walsh, MSN, CRNP, PMHNP-BC, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Melissa Walsh (she/her) is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing Degree in 2023 from Wilkes University. Prior to pursuing her graduate degree, Melissa worked as a registered nurse on the inpatient psychiatry units at Pennsylvania Hospital. She has over 14 years of experience in behavioral health, working with individuals across the lifespan in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Melissa believes in a collaborative and individualized approach to treatment, to not only focus on current symptoms but to explore underlying factors affecting mental health and wellbeing. Her clinical focus is on the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders within a trauma-informed care model. Outside of her career, Melissa enjoys hiking, traveling, and reading.
