Description of Research Expertise

High Throughput Sequencing Analysis. Main focus is RNA-Sequencing. Expert in wide range of statistical methods in biology including study design and non-parametric methods. Expert in programming, transcriptomics, functional genomics, cancer genomics, microarray analysis, array CGH.
