The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Division of Cardiology in the Department of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Assistant, Associate, and/or Full Professor position in the non-tenure academic-clinician track. Applicants must have an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. or equivalent degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in research, clinical care, and education. Candidates must be certified or board certified/eligible in Pediatric Cardiology by the American Board of Pediatrics.

We are seeking an academic, and advance trained electrophysiologist. Preference will be given to candidates who prefer a noninvasive electrophysiology focus. This position will provide inpatient and outpatient electrophysiology services including staffing our arrhythmia device clinic. Responsibilities will be clinically focused. The candidates will be expected to provide didactic teaching to fellows, residents, medical students and nurses. This physician will join three full-time electrophysiologists.

The Pediatric and Congenital Electrophysiology section at the Cardiac Center of The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia provides state of the art expertise in management of inherited channelopathies, implantable devices and advanced ablation with a robust clinical research program that offers patients access to the most up-to-date arrhythmia therapies. With offices in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and an electrophysiology laboratory equipped with the most modern imaging and three-dimensional mapping systems, our physicians are able to deliver accessible and individualized care to our patients.

Maully Shah, MBBS serves as the Medical Director of Electrophysiology and Joseph Rossano, MD serves as Chief of Cardiology & Co-Director of the Cardiac Center.
