RESOURCES AT PENN

If you have any doubt about where to turn, Penn’s HELP Line is available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, at 215-898-HELP. The HELP line is staffed with professionals trained in making mental health referrals and can help you access resources to cope with emotional challenges.

Mental Health & Wellness

CAPS: 215-898-7021 (Press 1 to speak to a clinician directly)

  • Dr. Tiffany Brown is an embedded CAPS counselor for BGS. Appointments may be scheduled with her directly at nicobr@upenn.edu or by calling 215-898-7021 (Press 2).

Reach-a-Peer Helpline:

The RAP helpline provides peer support, information, and referrals to any and all students of Penn. The service is open to all students who wish to share a problem, are in need of information, or just want to talk to someone about anything on their mind.

  • The RAP phone line is available every night while classes are in session (except holidays) from 9 pm to 1 am and can be reached at 215-573-2727.
  • The RAP text service is also available 24/7. Students can text RAP anytime at 215-515-7332 and one of their supporters will respond as soon as possible.
