If you have a specific inquiry about PMACS services that cannot be addressed through our preferred communications specialists at Medhelp, please feel free to contact a manager in the area of your concern:

  • Director, Information Technology:
    William Ihlenfeld –
    The Director of IT oversees customer service, system administration, and infrastructure for PMACS.
  • Managers, Client Services:
    Bob Colligon –
    Cynthia Kwan –
    The Client Services Managers are responsible for daily customer service and technical support operations for PMACS. The Client Services Group also provides support for email and other end-user accounts.
  • Manager, System Administration:
    Nathan DiGiorgio –
    PMACS system administration team, who handles server setup, server maintenance, and Windows Domain operations, is coordinated by the Manager of System Administration.
  • Manager, Infrastructure:
    Pat McTeague –
    The Infrastructure Manager administers and maintains network and storage infrastructure and operations for PMACS and our customers.
  • Service Information Officers
    PMACS Service Information Officers facilitate ongoing communication, outreach, and involvement with all PMACS customers. An SIO will be glad to talk with you and discuss how PMACS can serve your specific IT needs.
