Departmental Email Administration and Liason
PMACS supports thousands of customers with an email support helpdesk that may be reached at medhelp@pennmedicine.upenn.edu. Our Client Services Group provides email client setup and email client migration on Microsoft Office 365 hosted by the University and Penn Medicine. We also support labs, departments, and centers that wish to have customized group email accounts from which to conduct studies or other business. For help on specific topics, see below:

Listserv Management
The PMACS Client Services Group supports mass email communication via the Listserv mailing list product. Customers may receive assistance with creating email lists, configuring the lists to perform according to customized specifications, and managing very large groups of users for bulk communication. PMACS also handles the maintenance and distribution of school-wide messages.
