NOTICE:1st Floor Ladies Room and Lactation Room Closure - Tuesday, January 8, 2019: ALL SCHOOL OF MEDICINE BUILDINGS

Advisory:
Please be advised that the Anatomy Chemistry 1st floor Lactation room is scheduled to receive a new door lock. This installation will take place on Tuesday, January 8 at 4:30 PM. This room will not be put back on-line until the morning of Wednesday, January 9. During this time, please feel free to use the restrooms in Anatomy Chemistry on the 3rd and 4th floors, and in Stellar Chance on the Mezzanine.


With regards to the Lactation room, please feel free to schedule time at the locations listed below:

Blockley Hall: Room 424B
BRB: Room 1211 and 1417
CRB: Room 508
Johnson Pavilion: Room 208
Richards Bldg.: C306
Stemmler Hall: Lactation room is located inside of the 1st floor ladies room

Advisory:
Please be advised that the general building exhaust will be tested by shutting down one fan at a time. It is expected that the remaining fans will continue to supply exhaust for the building. OCC will be monitoring during the testing for any issues.

EHRS Directive:
No lab work may be conducted. Fume hoods are to be set up with all containers either capped and or removed and the sashes on the hoods closed.

Advisory:
The exhaust air handling system units will be shutdown one at a time for 20 minutes to inspect and evaluate units for work to be done in the near future. During the period shown no work should be done in labs or fume hoods.

EHRS Directive:
Per EHRS portocols no work should be done in the labs or work in fume hoods. materials in fume hoods should be capped and or removed form hood. The sashes should be closed.




Stemmler Ground Entrance Closure: ALL SCHOOL OF MEDICINE BUILDINGS

Advisory:
Starting 11/21/18 the monumental stairs will be closed for use as we begin the flooring work on the ground floor. From 11/23/18 to 1/2/19 access to the building at the ground floor will be closed. Access to the building can be achieved by using the Johnson Pavilion entrance and using the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors or through CRB second floor. Elevator access to the ground floor will be blocked and prohibited. Access to the ground floor through stairway 2, by the elevators, will also be closed. In the event of an evacuation you are to use another stairway or exit the stairway on the 1st floor and proceed either to Johnson Pavilion or to CRB. Preferable you should be using another stairway. Exit routes will be posted. Once the ground floor is reopened there will still be work in the area that will be needed to complete, but access will be available.
