Our clinic is in the Penn Neurosciences Center on the second floor of the South Pavillion of the Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine at 3400 Civic Center Boulevard.

BY TRAIN

The Penn FTD Center is easily accessible by commuter rail. We are a five minute walk from the SEPTA University City Stop and a fifteen minute walk from 30th Street Station.

PARKING GARAGES

Parking garages are available at the Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine and the 3600 Civic Center Boulevard garage. Please note that the Penn Tower Garage has permanently closed.

A free shuttle service will be available to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and the Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine on a continuous loop from the new 3600 Civic Center Boulevard garage Level 2 transportation center.

HUP Security also provides walking escorts to any employee, patient or visitor who requests an escort to parking garages, lots and streets surrounding the hospital perimeter. Escorts are always available — timing depends on security officer availability. Please call 215-662-2677 to request a walking escort.

PERELMAN CENTER FOR ADVANCED MEDICINE PARKING GARAGE

•  Hours: Open 24/7
•  Rates:
  •  Up to 3 hours: $7 (Patients/Family), $13 (Non-Patients)
  •  3 to 7 hours: $10 (Patients/Family), $18 (Non-Patients)
  •  7 to 24 hours: $11 (Patients/Family), $20 (Non-Patients)

For ages 62 and over: $1 discount for up to three hours, $2 discount for three hours or more.

•  Directions from Spruce Street:
  •  From Spruce Street, turn onto 34th Street which becomes Civic Center Boulevard.
  •  Turn left on East Service Drive and then turn left onto Health Sciences Drive and into the Perelman Center garage.
•  Directions from University Avenue:
  •  From University Avenue, turn right onto Civic Center Boulevard and make an immediate right onto Health Sciences Drive.
  •  Take Health Sciences Drive past West Service Drive and East Service Drive.
  •  Entrance to the Perelman Center parking garage will be on the left.

3600 CIVIC CENTER BOULEVARD PARKING GARAGE

•  Hours: Opens Monday at 5 am and closes Friday at midnight; Closed on weekends
•  Rates: $20 flat rate
•  Directions from Spruce Street:
  •  From Spruce Street, turn onto 34th Street which becomes Civic Center Boulevard.
  •  Continue on Civic Center Boulevard and make a left onto West Service Drive. The entrance to the garage is on the right.
  •  Directions from University Avenue:
  •  From University Avenue, turn right onto Civic Center Boulevard and an immediate right onto Health Sciences Drive.
  •  Entrance to the garage will be on the left after the curve.
  •  See designated entrances to NEW 3600 Civic Center Boulevard parking garage on map.

SHUTTLE SERVICE
