Request Reports/Data : Here you can request reports or raw data from the Office of Evaluation and Assessment (Formatting different than OASIS)
Request New User(s): Here you can request GME Oasis accounts/access be created for incoming or off-cycle trainees, faculty/attendings, or new coordinators.
Request New Rotation(s): Here you can request that a new rotation/course be created to collect evaluations in GME Oasis.
Request Account Activation(s): Here you can request that a disabled account in GME Oasis be re-activated.
Request Role Change: Here you can request that a users' role be updated in GME Oasis.
Request Student Level Change: Here you can request that a users' student level (PGY) be changed.
Request Training: Here you can scedule training with the Office of Evaluation and Assessment on using GME Oasis.
Request New Form: Here you can a new evaluation form be input into GME Oasis.
