KJ Won lab provides bioinformatics support services for IDOM members usually through collaboration. KJ Won lab has been working on diverse project with IDOM members focusing on metabolic biology.
The Won lab has performed integrative analysis using diverse sequence data including RNA-Seq, GRO-seq, ChIP-seq, HiC, CLIP-seq, ATAC-seq and single cell sequencing data.
