We run a diverse multidisciplinary research program and are looking for talented people with backgrounds in
molecular and evolutionary biology, math, statistics, computer science, physics, or clinical medicine.
Current research in the Brown lab is focused on understanding the functional consequences of
human non-coding sequence variation and understanding the mechanisms through
which such variants affect complex phenotypes.
Interested in joining our team? Contact Casey
and we can talk shop.
We are currently accepting graduate students for rotations in the lab.
Students interested in joining or collaborating with the lab should
to discuss current projects and opportunities in the lab.
Postdoctoral positions are available in the lab. Candidates with expertise in
experimental or computational biology will be considered, but the
ideal candidate will have significant experience in both. Please see our recent
for further details.
