Research Summary

My research aims to advance the state of knowledge in integrating graph theoretical analysis and MR diffusion imaging techniques in order to map the structural and functional connectivity in the human brain. For this purpose, I work with various diffusion models and tracking algorithms to optimize the reconstruction of white matter tracts. I use such methods for investigating graph metrics in a wide variety of clinical challenges including traumatic brain injury, autism, schizophrenia and tumors.
