We are responsible for providing access to the enterprise’s clinical information and have helped hundreds of people throughout the years. Over the last year alone, we have completed nearly 2,000 report requests covering Operational Improvement, Patient Quality, Research, and Professional Billing. We see our role initially as advisors. Our team prides itself on working 1:1 with our clients to ensure the delivery meets their needs – from a data field standpoint as well as a delivery mechanism. We will probe each request to ensure you know about all of the options you have at your disposal to ensure a successful project. Many times, after understanding your vision further, we are able to ease the process to your end goal.
