The NF pharmacomb

We study Malignant Peripheral Nerve Sheet tumors. These are tumors of the peripheral nervous system and are commonly found  in patients with Neurofibromatosis.  The Pharmacomb project is a data visualization project to develop an interactive heat map to share drug sensitivity data.

• Screens are conducted in 384 well plates that are organized into panels of about 130 drugs in each panel.
• Data is organized by panels or groups of panels (eg panels 1&2).
• Search by keyword, or from the pulldown menu select pathway, major target, or drug.
• Scroll over a box to reveal the IC50 in uM.
• Click a box to see an averaged dose response (close the popup using 'esc' key to hold your place in the heat map).
• The default sort is by pathway on the far left. Other sorts can be by target, compound or by  cell line (High / low IC50)
