Welcome to Penn Medicine EAP (formerly known as Penn Medicine Princeton EAP and Penn Behavioral Health Corporate Services).  Penn Medicine EAP offers a full suite of wellness services with the ultimate goal of helping organizations create and retain a fully engaged and productive workforce.  Some of the services include Critical Incident Trauma Response, EAP Orientations, Health Benefit Fairs, Management Consultations, Counseling, Workshops, Consultations with Attorneys and Financial Professionals and access to a robust work / life app.

Penn Medicine EAP has a staff of seasoned clinicians including LCSWs, LPCs, LCADCs and SAPs and has an average of 20 years of experience in the mental health field.

The clinical team applies several short-term evidenced based treatment approaches that have proven to have positive outcomes when used during brief therapy.

This session will focus on the importance of caring for parents’ mental health.

Friday, May 9 12-12:30 PM | What can I do if my partner refuses to change?
Feeling stuck or powerless in your romantic partnership? Join us to hear a relationship expert offer a new perspective and ideas for responding to this very common issue. Knowing this information, you’ll be better able to recognize what you can do that’s within your control to make a difference.
Facilitator: Meredith Keller, LPC, ACS is a relationship expert and has helped thousands of couples gain new information and skills for making an intimate partnership healthy and vibrant. As a result, couples are communicating better, effectively handling differences when they arise, and expressing more love and appreciation to one another.

Tuesday, May 13 12-12:30 PM | Men's Mental Health
This session will focus on the importance of supporting men with mental health issues, specifically depression. Men have a tendency to mask their feelings and emotions and not ask for help until things get out of hand. This workshop is designed to recognize the symptoms specific to men and support them in connecting with treatment.  Ian Sherman, LCSW, has been a clinician with Penn Medicine EAP since 2021. He mainly works with men going through a number of mental health and relationship issues and developing a plan to manage those symptoms.
