Welcome to Penn Medicine EAP (formerly known as Penn Medicine Princeton EAP and Penn Behavioral Health Corporate Services). Penn Medicine EAP offers a full suite of wellness services with the ultimate goal of helping organizations create and retain a fully engaged and productive workforce.
Penn Medicine EAP provides confidential counseling, care, and support. Our program is staffed with seasoned, licensed mental health clinicians with an average 14 of years of experience in the mental health field. Our clinicians are trained by University of Pennsylvania Faculty in short-term, evidenced based therapy approaches shown to have positive outcomes when used during brief therapy.

Men's Mental Health

This session will focus on the importance of supporting men with mental health issues, specifically depression. Men have a tendency to mask their feelings and emotions and not ask for help until things get out of hand. This workshop is designed to recognize the symptoms specific to men and support them in connecting with treatment.
Ian Sherman, LCSW, has been a clinician with Penn Medicine EAP since 2021. He mainly works with men going through a number of mental health and relationship issues and developing a plan to manage those symptoms.
