Welcome to Penn Medicine EAP (formerly known as Penn Medicine Princeton EAP and Penn Behavioral Health Corporate Services). Penn Medicine EAP offers a full suite of wellness services with the ultimate goal of helping organizations create and retain a fully engaged and productive workforce. 

Penn Medicine EAP provides confidential counseling, care, and support. Our program is staffed with seasoned, licensed mental health clinicians with an average 14 of years of experience in the mental health field. Our clinicians are trained by University of Pennsylvania Faculty in short-term, evidenced based therapy approaches shown to have positive outcomes when used during brief therapy.

    This supportive webinar creates space to acknowledge grief, loss, and the emotional challenges that can arise at any time of year. Participants will explore practical coping strategies, engage in guided reflection, and learn approaches to support emotional well-being. Join us to gain tools for honoring your experiences, strengthening resilience, and fostering moments of steadiness and connection.

    Facilitator: Sharifa Martin, LPC has a wealth of knowledge working with Individuals mandated to mental health treatment. She is experienced in providing therapy to Philadelphia police officers and their families and working with adolescents in recovery from substance use and victims of crime. In addition, Sharifa has a wealth of clinical assessment and leadership experience. Sharifa also engages in organizational work providing mental health awareness and access to therapy for black men. Sharifa’s wide range of clinical experiences is what makes her a compassionate, skilled, and adaptable clinician. Her dedication to spreading mental health awareness (education), and providing optimal, culturally informed and comprehensive mental health services is her mission.
