Our Services
Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a voluntary, work-based program that offers free and confidential assessments, short-term counseling, referrals, and follow-up services to employees who have personal and/or work-related problems. Our EAP address a broad and complex body of issues affecting mental and emotional well-being, such as alcohol and other substance abuse, stress, grief, family problems, and psychological disorders. Our EAP counselors also work in a consultative role with managers and supervisors to address employee and organizational challenges and needs. Our EAP is active in helping organizations prevent and cope with workplace violence, trauma, and other emergency response situations.
EAP Counseling
We provide confidential and timely problem identification/assessment services for employee clients with personal concerns that may affect job performance.
New Client Company Meeting
Our Account Managers provide an initial meeting with leadership from the client company, to gain understanding of the business, culture and needs of the client company.
CIR / Trauma Response
We provide Critical Incident Response services to traumatic events with the goal of supporting business continuity through support for employees.
EAP Orientation
We provide brief reviews of services offered through the EAP benefits and how to access care.
Health / Benefits Fair
Our EAP will attend the health and benefits fair to be available to meet with employees and explain services that are available.
Management Consultation
We work with managers or supervisors to discuss work performance and productivity for an employee(s). This typically involved the EAP clinician consulting on change initiatives or problematic group behaviors.
Presentation / Workshop
We provide 1-hour wellness trainings.
Substance Abuse Awareness
We provide training to deliver education about substance use and abuse with to goal to help reduce / prevent substance involvement that will negatively impact employee productivity.
Supervisory Training
We provide trainings to educate managers and supervisors about mental health and substance use with a goal to help create a positive workplace culture that supports employees health.
