- Apply online to Campus Express Online (www.campusexpress.upenn.edu). Login and click “Apply for PennCard” in the My PennCard tab.
- Important: Ensure the digital photo you submit for your PennCard meets the specific requirements detailed in Campus Express Online.
- Your PennCard photo will be used in the medical school directory and class list distribution.
- You can order your card online before school begins and we encourage everyone to do so as soon as possible.
- If you do not order your card before school begins, you must visit the PennCard Center in the Bookstore, which is located at 36th and Walnut Streets to obtain your card.

PennCard Access Code
- Your PennCard Access Code (PAC) is the four digit number used in conjunction with your PennCard (the University's identification card) to access certain services at Penn such as libraries, gym and residential buildings.
- Your PAC will be randomly assigned to you. To change your PAC to a four digit number that you can easily remember
- Login to: campusexpress.upenn.edu and click on your Penncard to access the PAC option.
