Description of Itmat Expertise

The overall aim of my research program is to develop robust biomarkers using neuroimaging, biofluid biomarkers, and genetics that can be used to better diagnose neurodegenerative disease like frontotemporal degeneration (FTD) and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), accelerate drug discovery of disease-modifying agents, and to define essential clinical trial endpoint measures.
