Description of Research Expertise
In vivo NMR spectroscopy, in vivo MRI - tumor models, tumor metabolism, tumor physiology, stem cell tracking, diffusion tensor imagingDescription of Itmat Expertise
Dr. Poptani is interested in developing magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) methods for detecting and monitoring treatment response in human tumors as well as animal models of these tumors. The techniques developed in animal models are being made available to the clinic.Selected Publications
