Description of Itmat Expertise

Dr. Teff's research program investigates mechanisms involved in the pathophysiology of obesity, including the role of the autonomic nervous system, insulin resistance and inflammation. Other research interests include the factors involved in the regulation of body adiposity in humans and interactions among diet, hormonal responses and behavior.
