Dr. Rubenstein under collaboration with the Foundation for African Medicine and Education (FAME) provides neurological care and training in northern Tanzania. Since 2010, he has brought Penn Medicine neurology residents and fellows to Tanzania to provide increased availability of outstanding outpatient neurology care to patients both at FAME and in numerous villages.
