Abstract Due Dates & Guidelines

Important Dates

Eligibility

Post-docs, medical students, undergraduate students, graduate students, residents, and clinical fellows, based primarily in Radiology, including CHOP Radiology, HUP, PAH, and PPMC are encouraged to participate.  The first author should be a trainee and the presenter.

Submission Guidelines

Clinical, translational, and basic research projects are eligible. Projects presented at another recent scientific meeting may be used. Only one abstract per presenting trainee may be submitted.  If you do not want your abstract considered for an oral presentation slot, be sure to select Poster Only on the submission form.

If you check Oral Presentation/Poster, please note that top-scoring abstracts will be selected to fill the available nine (9) oral presentation slots and all others are expected to present a poster during the scheduled poster session.

Abstract Format (See Abstract Template PDF) 

350 words (not including title, authors, references, credentials) formatted using 11 pt. font and the following labels: Title/Author | Hypothesis | Methods | Results | Conclusions.

A SINGLE additional page of supporting material may accompany the abstract and may include graphics as long as they are legible and the total information in the supplemental material fits within a standard 8x11 page. The electronic file name should be the submitter’s first and last name.
