Sample Processing

• Processing of peripheral blood, bone marrow, CSF, and various fluid and tissue biopsy samples to cells, serum, plasma, and supernatant.
• Storage of PBMC, BMMC, CSF cells, serum, plasma, CSF supernatant.
• DNA/RNA extraction quality evaluation and storage

Exploratory Flow Cytometry assays (30-color or 16-color):

• CART-cell, T-cell, NK-cell, MDSCs, MRD for some cancers, and TRM cells profiling
• Flow cytometric analysis of T cell receptor (TCR) Vβ repertoires
• Phospho-flow cytometry, T cell CD107 degranulation and T cell intracellular assay
• HACA
• Custom assays can be developed upon request.

Molecular assays:

• qPCR, digital PCR (ddPCR), and RT-PCR assays on DNA to evaluate molecular, measure gene expression, and assess editing of target genes.
• Custom assays can be developed upon request.

Biochemical assays:

• Multiplex assays to measure cytokines, chemokines, and other biomarkers in fluids such as serum, plasma, CSF, and culture supernatants.
• Custom assays can be developed upon request.

Spatial biology assays:

• Spatial analysis of protein and RNA expression in morphological context from tissue samples
• RNAscope
