18e I lead a translational research program focused on the immunobiology of pediatric sepsis and multi-organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS). My work integrates high-dimensional immune profiling—including proteomics, phospho-flow cytometry, and single-cell RNA sequencing—to identify immune endotypes that inform risk stratification and targeted therapies.
