Description of Itmat Expertise

Dr. Schuster is interested in treatment of metastatic cancer involving the spine and developing methods for "bridging" therapy from the time of surgical resection until the time of more definitive chemotherapy/radiation therapy. Dr. Schuster is developing implantable, polymer-based methods for delivering this therapy.
