Description of Research Expertise

My long-term research goal is to investigate the molecular basis of melanoma aiming at developing effective therapies that can lead to durable responses. To achieve this objective my laboratory is focusing on two main areas: i) evaluating novel therapeutic targets and ii) investigating the molecular mechanisms of drug resistance in melanoma.
