Research Summary

My main research areas are image segmentation and multivariate pattern analysis using statistical models and machine learning tools. Together with method development, I am also responsible for management, planning and implementation of structural MRI processing and analysis pipelines for several large scale clinical imaging studies involving thousands of subjects and various diseases and conditions, such as normal aging, Alzheimer’s disease, diabetes, brain development etc. I supervised the implementation and application of the MRI processing pipeline, designed the quality control protocols applied on final and intermediate results, and assisted collaborators in interpretation and analysis of the MRI data.
