Ancestry Working Group in All of Us
Genetic ancestry is a critical component of large-scale genotype-phenotype associations to either disentangle gene-environment interaction and/or to correct for ancestry effects in disease mapping. Leveraging genetic ancestry is critical for large-scale genotype-phenotype studies and for understanding genetic basis of disease. The Ancestry for All of Us (A4AoU) project aims to develop and deploy methods for ancestry infernnce of local and global ancestry in All of Us and other large-scale biobanks
